Charlie cleaned a 16 year microfiber couch and our 1.5 year old sectional. The quality of work, cleanliness, and professionalism was as good as it gets. He also provided a liquid stain remover for free that he has manufactured. My wife dropped a paint brush down from our loft leaving white paint on the carpet in three areas. The stain remover pulled it out immediately, it was incredible. Go with Imperial, you will be overly satisfied!

Imperial Carpet Cleaning was far and above the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Charlie arrived exactly when we scheduled the appointment, and from that point on, he provided excellent service in every way! Our family room furniture looked brand new when he was done, and our carpet in the bedroom came back to life! All the pet stains and dirt were gone, and it made everything in the room look so much better.

We've been dealing with Imperial Carpet since they began 35(?) years ago. The only person who can get out all stains and leave your carpets almost dry. Charlie sees stains as a challenge. It may take a few tries but he gets it done and doesn't saturate the rugs so it takes days to dry. BTW Charlie, you got out that stain (cat throw-up) you've been fighting for the past three years. Carpet looks new!

I was not pleased with the last company that cleaned my sofa about a year ago. They left streaks on my sofa and the welting around the seat cushions were visibly dirty. I went online and found Charlie's company Imperial Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Company. After reading a lot of other companies reviews, Charlie's reviews stood out. I gave him a call and he was personable, knowledgeable, and I could tell from talking to him he took pride in doing an outstanding job.He explained to me that the type of fabric (Sunbrella) my couch was covered in was one that was often uses in outdoor furniture and that in his opinion cleaning it the results was not always as .
favorable as he would like because of the dirt and soil from outdoor furniture, but that he would do his best and because my sofa was indoors the cleaning should be optimal. I appreciated Charlie's honesty and moved forward.

Imperial does a fantastic job cleaning our carpet but truly differentiates itself as exceptional by how clean the steps look after they have been washed. Super professional, explained the chemicals he was using and why, didn't try to sell nonsense coatings that don't work etc like many other companies. His pricing was fair, he was incredibly neat and professional, was fine with our young son asking lots of questions and we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of his work. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Other companies talk a big game and offer insane specials that never turn out to be legit. This guy is the real deal who does what he says, charges exactly what he says he will and not a penny more while still going above and beyond. 10 stars out of 5.
